What You’ll Need

  3. Your documents (completed but not signed)
  4. All required signers present
  5. Payment method (cash, card, or Zelle — no checks)

  2. Ensure documents are complete
  3. Witness and notarize signatures
  4. Provide a smooth, professional experience

  • Documents must be complete before notarization
  • All signers must be present with valid ID
  • I cannot notarize incomplete documents

Acceptable Identification (California)

The following IDs are accepted if current or issued within the last 5 years:

  • California Driver’s License or ID
  • U.S. Passport
  • Inmate ID (if applicable)
  • Other government-issued IDs that meet CA requirements
