Splash of Ink Notary was formed in 2023 with the primary focus and vision of providing professional notary public services to the community of Chula Vista, as well as other communities in San Diego County. In our effort to bridge the gap between individuals requiring notary services and those not having access to a notary public during off-hours, we offer our mobile notary services to residents of Chula Vista in the evenings, on the weekends, and state holidays. Our aim is to provide services that are effective, reliable, affordable, and above all else, convenient, and accessible to everyone.
